针对中小口径药筒除锈困难的现状,详细分析了钢质药筒内表面锈蚀的原因和机理,提出了振动除锈工艺方法,基于振动除锈原理,对工艺参数进行了试验研究。现场试验结果表明:该除锈工艺方法可以去除药筒内表面的锈蚀物残渣和旧漆层。 Aiming at the current situation of rust removal in middle and small caliber cartridges, the causes and mechanisms of corrosion on the inner surface of steel cartridges were analyzed in detail. A vibration rust removal process was proposed. Based on the principle of vibration and rust removal, the process parameters were studied. Field test results show that: the rust removal process can remove the rust remnants of the inner surface of the cartridge and the old paint layer.
