幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter Pylori,HP)与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡等胃部疾患密切相关,研究菌种保存具有重要的意义。为此,我们从89年开始研究了 HP 菌种在-70℃条件下,用新鲜脱纤维绵羊全血保存可全部存活14个月,并可保持典型的细菌形态和原有的生化反应特性。材料与方法1.菌株:10株 HP 均从各型胃病患者胃镜活检胃粘膜标本分离培养获得,经传数代稳定后,用作菌种保存。2.培养基:试验中用改良 Campy-Bap(布氏琼脂),按有关文献报道配制。3.保藏液:为新鲜脱纤维羊全血.4.保存方法:经鉴定的 HP 菌种,于混合气体中(5%氧、85%氮、10%二氧化炭)37℃培养72小时,在布氏血平皿上可得到生长丰富的菌苔。然后,在含有0.4~0.5ml 新
Helicobacter Pylori (HP) is closely related to gastric diseases such as chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer, so it is of great significance to study the preservation of bacteria.
