在铈盐溶液中用电解的方法制备了CeO2 纳米粉体。X 射线衍射表明 ,所得产物为立方晶系CeO2 ;SEM分析表明 ,CeO2 纳米粒子呈球形 ,晶粒度约 10nm ;TEM分析表明 ,粒径分布均匀 ,粒子不发生团聚 ;电子衍射表明 ,CeO2 纳米粒子为多晶结构。实验探讨了溶液浓度、电流密度等因素对CeO2 质量和产量的影响
CeO2 nanopowders were prepared by electrolysis in cerium salt solution. X-ray diffraction showed that the obtained product was cubic CeO2; SEM analysis showed that the CeO2 nanoparticles were spherical with a grain size of about 10 nm; TEM analysis showed that the particles had a uniform particle size and did not agglomerate; the electron diffraction showed that CeO2 nanoparticles For the polycrystalline structure. The effects of solution concentration, current density and other factors on the quality and yield of CeO2 were discussed experimentally
