中和镇府河地块·嘉年华二期商业项目中的超高层办公塔楼,为高位转换超限结构,房屋高度为115.950m,属B级高度。介绍了结构体系、结构性能分析等内容。基于抗震性能设计方法,采用YJK和ETABS软件对此结构进行了多遇地震作用下的弹性分析,采用YJK软件进行了设防烈度地震作用下关键构件的性能分析,采用STRAT软件进行了罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性时程分析。分析结果表明,结构可满足预定的抗震性能目标。
