芍药含有双环单萜和甙类、含氧单萜、倍半萜、三萜系化合物、黄酮类化合物、甾族化合物及其甙类、多糖、鞣质、挥发油、蛋白质、微量元素、维生素Ｃ、醇、酚、醚、醛、酮、酯、羧酸、烷烃等化合物．本文仅对芍药化学成分的研究进展作一综述．
Peony contains bicyclic monoterpenes and glycosides, oxygenated monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, triterpene compounds, flavonoids, steroids and glycosides, polysaccharides, tannins, volatile oils, proteins, trace elements, vitamin C, Alcohols, phenols, ethers, aldehydes, ketones, esters, carboxylic acids, alkanes and other compounds. This article only summarizes the research progress of the chemical constituents of peony.
