上海市大境中学是一所市属重点中学。1985年秋季,我们开始对学生进行速读训练,经过几轮训练,我们感到在语文教学中对学生进行速读训练是完全可行的,培养一批“一目十行”的速读能手也是完全可能的。训练后表明:不仅学生的阅读速度成倍地增长,还提高了学生观察、记忆、判断、表达诸方面的能力,形成了阅读与写作的良性循环。语文教学长期以来为“少慢差费”,学生乏味,教师教法单一而困惑。采用速读训练可为语文教学注入新鲜血液,使之透露生机。训练有法可循,可达彼岸速读训练只要循科学方法,是能达到理想彼岸的。下面就我校怎样进行速读训练,向大家作一个简略介绍。 (一)制定训练目标 1、有效率目标:(有效率为阅读速度和理解度的乘积,指阅读的实际有效的成绩。)记叙文的有效率达标为1000—1700字/分;说明文的有效率
Shanghai Dajing Middle School is a key city middle school. In the autumn of 1985, we started to speed-read students. After several rounds of training, we felt that it is entirely feasible to speed-read students in Chinese language teaching. It is entirely possible to train a batch of “one-and-a-half” speed readers. After training, it shows that not only does the reading speed of students increase exponentially, but also the ability of students to observe, memorize, judge, and express various aspects is improved, and a virtuous circle of reading and writing is formed. For a long time, Chinese language teaching has been characterized by “low and low fees”, boring students, and single and confused teacher teaching methods. The use of speed-reading training can inject fresh blood into Chinese language teaching and make it reveal its vitality.
