以南阳烟区5种类型土壤为研究对象,研究了不同类型土壤对根际和非根际微生物主要类群和主要酶活性的影响及其相互关系。结果表明:不同类型根际和非根际土壤微生物数量、酶活性均表现出差异性,根际土壤微生物数量、酶活性均高于非根际土壤,黄棕壤根际土中细菌和解磷菌数量最多;黄红壤根际解钾菌和氨化细菌数量最多;暗棕壤根际土好气性自生固氮菌和芽孢杆菌数量最多。潮土根际和非根际土过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性均最高;暗棕壤根际和非根际土蔗糖酶活性最高。由相关分析可知根际和非根际土壤微生物数量、酶活性之间关系密切。综合分析认为,黄棕壤可以改善土壤环境,有效防止植烟土壤退化。
In this study, five types of soils in the south of Yanan were studied. The effects of different types of soils on the activities of major enzymes and their major enzymes in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were studied. The results showed that there were differences in soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity in different types of rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil, rhizosphere soil microbial quantity and enzyme activity were higher than non-rhizosphere soil, the number of bacteria and phosphate solubilizing bacteria The highest in yellow rhizosphere and the highest number of ammonifying bacteria and ammonifying bacteria in rhizosphere of yellow-red soil. The number of aerobic azotobacter and bacillus were the most in rhizosphere of dark brown soil. The activities of catalase and urease in rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil were the highest in the litter soils. The activity of invertase in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere of the dark brown soil was the highest. Correlation analysis showed that rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil microbial quantity, enzyme activity between the close. Comprehensive analysis shows that yellow brown soil can improve the soil environment and effectively prevent tobacco soil degradation.
