景德镇电厂150 MW机组采用了循环流化床锅炉。在对该炉调试前,对该锅炉进行了冷态试验。即测量了布风板断面的风速;进行了布风板阻力特性试验;测量了炉膛出口烟气分配的均匀性;进行了最低流化风量、布风均匀性、回料阀特性试验。在该锅炉烘炉完成后,对该锅炉的给煤系统、除渣系统进行了调试。在克服了调试期间存在的一次风室漏渣、冷渣器出力不够、启动时低温过热屏出口温度过高等问题后,该CFB机组顺利通过了试运行。试运结果表明:锅炉燃烧状况良好,主、辅设备运行正常,能满足机组满负荷要求。
Jingdezhen Power Plant 150 MW unit using a circulating fluidized bed boiler. Before commissioning the boiler, a cold test of the boiler was carried out. That is, the wind speed of the cross section of the air distribution plate was measured; the resistance characteristics of the air distribution plate were tested; the uniformity of the flue gas distribution at the exit of the furnace was measured; the minimum fluidization air volume, uniformity of the air distribution and the characteristics of the return valve were tested. After the boiler is completed, the coal feeding system and the dross removing system of the boiler are debugged. The CFB unit successfully passed the trial run after overcoming the problems of primary grate slag leakage, insufficient slag cooler output, and overheating of the low temperature overheating screen during start-up. Test results show that: the boiler combustion is good, the main and auxiliary equipment are operating normally, which can meet the unit full load requirements.
