1．4水危机成因水危机是人类开发利用水资源过程中出现的临界状态,体现了人水相处的和谐程度。当人水和谐相处时,人与水的关系就处于没有危险、没有威胁、没有事故的安全状态;当人与水的关系长期处于严重紧张的时候,人与水的关系就会演化成危机状态。
1.4 The causes of water crisis Water crisis is the critical state of human development and utilization of water resources, reflects the degree of harmony between water and man. When people live in harmony with water, the relationship between man and water is in a state of no danger, no threat and no accident. When the relationship between man and water is in serious tension for a long time, the relationship between man and water will evolve into a crisis state .
