本文利用工业统计所得的行业发展信息,构造了“经济效益好”和“综合生产率高”等隶属函数,又通过“模糊袋”的方法,处理了心理统计的信息。将这些信息滤波综合,进而从“当前满意度”与“发展前景”两个不同的角度,对工业行业发展进行了分析。对于定性分析的定量化处理,这是一次新的偿试,本模型在延边朝鲜族自治州发展规划中得到了较满意的应用效果。 Based on the industry development information obtained from industrial statistics, this paper constructs membership functions such as “good economic returns” and “high overall productivity”, and then processes the information of psychological statistics through the “fuzzy bag” approach. The information is filtered and synthesized, and then the development of industrial industry is analyzed from two different perspectives: “current satisfaction” and “development prospect”. This is a new attempt to quantify the qualitative analysis. The model has been applied satisfactorily in the development planning of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.
