矿石化验分析数据的准确性直接关系到配矿工作的质量和地质成图的准确,而影响数据准确的因素有很多。本文主要针对矿样制备过程中的各个环节进行研究。对于制样精密度校核的方法在ISO3058的备注中已经提到,但制样阶段由破碎、混合、缩分等几个过程组成,完成一个制样阶段的标志是缩分。本文通过对三个阶段的方差进行分析研究,并对超差的阶段进行处理,来综合评价制样过程的误差。
The accuracy of the ore analysis data is directly related to the quality of ore mining work and the accuracy of geological mapping, and there are many factors that affect the accuracy of the data. In this paper, mainly for all aspects of the preparation of ore samples for research. The method for checking the precision of preparation samples has been mentioned in the remarks of ISO3058, but the sample preparation stage consists of several processes such as crushing, mixing and shrinking. The sign of completing a sample preparation phase is the shrinkage. In this paper, we analyze the variance of the three phases and deal with the over-difference phase to evaluate the error of the sample preparation process synthetically.
