人事档案是档案管理的重要组成部分,医院人事档案则是记录医院员工实践活动信息及数据的档案,有着较高的保存价值。由于人事档案涉及到个人隐私,使其具有保密性,但也需要适度开放,就形成了人事档案的隐私权与知情权。因此,如何实现医院人事档案隐私权与知情权的平衡是当前档案管理的重要问题。本文则对其作简要分析。
Personnel files are an important part of file management, and hospital personnel files are files that record the information and data of hospital employees’ practical activities and have a high preservation value. As personnel files involve personal privacy, making it confidential, but also need to be properly opened, the formation of the personal files of privacy and the right to information. Therefore, how to realize the balance between hospital personnel files’ privacy and the right to know is an important issue of archives management at present. This article briefly analyzes it.
