目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定珍菊降压片中蒙花苷含量。方法:Packed ODS-AC18柱色谱柱(250×4.6mm5μm);流动相:甲醇:水:磷酸(57:43:0.04);流速1.0ml/min;检测波长为326nm。结果:蒙花苷进样量在44.0μg~220.0μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),方法的平均回收率为98.1%,RSD为0.68%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于珍菊降压片中蒙花苷含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of lindenin in Zhenju Jiangya Tablets by HPLC. Methods: Packed ODS-AC18 column (250×4.6 mm 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol: water: phosphoric acid (57:43:0.04); flow rate 1.0 ml/min; detection wavelength 326 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship between lenaliside dosage and the peak area was good in the range of 44.0μg~220.0μg (r=0.9998). The average recovery of linacini was 98.1% and the RSD was 0.68% (n=6). Conclusion: HPLC method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of linutin in Zhenju Jiangya Tablets.
