病例报告梁××,男,22岁,农民,广东籍,病案号166226,86年11月入院。自述5岁时左耳后方头皮内有一指头大肿瘤,7岁时长至拳头大;在某医院手术切除,一年后肿瘤在原处复发,10岁左右又复如拳大,此后肿物继续增大并渐下垂至颈部及左肩部。近半年来,肿物生长尤为迅速,体积约扩大一倍,头颈部转动或睡眠时转身均感困难。 Case report Liang X, male, 22 years old, farmer, Guangdong citizen, medical record No. 166226, admitted to hospital in November, 86. When he was 5 years old, he had a large finger tumor in the scalp behind the left ear. He was 7 years old and had a large fist. After surgical resection at a hospital, the tumor recurred in the same place a year later. He was about 10 years old and he recovered from a fist, and his mass continued to increase. And gradually drooped to the neck and left shoulder. In the past six months, the growth of the tumor has been particularly rapid.
