自体ＬＡＫ细胞回输疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎太原市传染病医院（０３００１２）杨兴中，刘玉凤，任桂莲，荀健，李彩霞１９９１年７月以来，我们由北京市希波医学技术开发公司引进自体ＬＡＫ细胞回输疗法治疗慢性乙型肝炎（ＣＨ）８例，乙肝病毒表面抗原携带者（ＡＳＣ）５例。现将治疗结果报告如下：资料与方法一、病例选择：将１９９１年７月～１９９２年２月我科收治的有经济承受能力的慢性乙型迁延型肝炎（ＣＰＨ）４例，慢性乙型活动型肝炎（ＣＡＨ）４例，乙肝病毒表面抗原携带者（ＡＳＣ）５例共１３例作为治疗观察对象。其中男１１例，女２例。年龄１８～５７岁，平均３４岁。１３例乙肝标志四阳（ＨＢｓＡｇＨＢｅＡｇ、抗ＨＢｃＩＧＭ及ＨＢＶ—ＤＮＡ），并于治疗前３个月ＨＢｅＡｇ持续阳性，且无心肾等疾患。ＣＰＨ、ＣＡＨ及ＡＳＣ的诊断符合１９８４年全国病毒性肝炎专题学术会议修订的诊断分型标准。二、治疗方法：除一般保肝治疗如服用维生素、施尔康、肝太乐等外。采用白细胞介素Ⅱ（ＩＬ—Ⅱ）培养自体淋巴细胞回输疗法。每周一次疗程六周。具体方法如下：无菌采患者静脉血１００～１２０ｍｌ（肝素抗凝），分离出淋巴细胞平均５～１０×１０８个，加入重组ＩＬ—Ⅱ１０００单位（北京
