1.定程压制和定压压制 粉末制品用压机,按其结构可分为机械式压机和液压式压机二个大类。 在机械式压机中,以凸轮压机最为多见。凸轮的回转运动转化为往复直线运动。由于运动是纯机械的,所以压制的方式是定程的。 所谓定程压制,是指压机(模具)的上下冲头的间距在达到某个最小值时,即为压制的结束,不再对粉料作进一步的压缩。显然,在用定程压制时,即使每次的加料有些不一致,或多些,或少些,但工件的成形高度不变。当然,每馍工件的密度(受压吨位)则随着每次加料量的多少而波动,是各不相同的。 液压压机的最基本的压制方式,是定压压制。
