铝合金网壳结构近年来得到了广泛的应用,传统的节点形式难以满足铝合金结构的发展.新型铸铝节点的研究表明,其在构造和受力方面都满足结构的要求,但其承载力的设计公式还未给出.本文利用经过试验验证的可靠的有限元模型进行弹性有限元分析,研究铸铝节点在不同受力状态下的应力分布,并与由材料力学方法得到的结果进行比较,给出了铸铝节点的应力集中系数和简化的承载力设计公式.与试验研究、有限元分析结果的比较表明,简化计算公式具有良好的适用性,而且考虑到铸铝节点的脆性破坏形式而预留了一定的安全储备,能够为铸铝节点的合理设计提供依据.
