随着计划经济向市场经济体制转变的逐步深入,计划经济体制下形成的思想政治工作对市场经济条件下的企业发展和管理,表现出诸多不适应。其中最主要的,是缺少企业本身的特色。而企业文化理论的引进,恰恰弥补了传统思想政治工作的不足,而且使职工思想政治工作的优势重新得到了发挥。企业的职工思想政治工作与企业文化建设是相辅相承密不可分的。主要是根据企业文化中的思想政治工作的统一性,提出一些针对如何加强企业文化中职工政治思想的建议。
With the gradual deepening of the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, the ideological and political work formed under the planned economy shows a lot of unfitness for the development and management of enterprises in the market economy. One of the most important is the lack of characteristics of the enterprise itself.
