随着人类生活水平的提高和健康意识的增强,人们对涉及生产和生活的周边环境质量要求不断提高。对工厂生产过程中产生的气味实施管理控制不仅对生产工人的健康极其重要,同时对生产工厂周围环境的保护也有积极意义。为此,IFRA/IOFI实践规范于2011年6月做出了补充性建议,为相关的香精香料生产厂家建立和改进生产气味控制体系提供了系统、规范的框架性指导意见。本刊分上下二次刊发此建议的主要内容节译文,希望能对业内的企业提供相关的信息支持,同时对尚未建立香味控制体系的企业起到提示推进作用。
