二辊式薄板轧机辊颈的润滑,多年来一直使用沥青油。各薄板厂在熬油的设备方面,都进行过多方面的改革与改进;而对油料的配比、油质的探讨做得不多。以5号石油沥青作润滑剂(其闪火点230℃,挥发份83.23％)和5号石油沥青添加碱、石墨、石棉粉作润滑剂(其闪火点257℃,挥发份75.5％)作对比试验,后者使用效果远优于前者。现将我厂在沥青油油质,油料配比及使用上取得的经验与效益介绍如下。
