受钴γ线300拉德全身照射犬于照后6小时肌注1.25毫克/公斤体重炔雌醇,与对照组相比较提高活存率54.1％。照射剂量增加到350拉德时,疗效则不明显。炔雌醇伍用抗菌素或伤寒菌苗可以进一步提高疗效。受炔雌醇治疗犬病情明显减轻,周围血白细胞数高于对照组。
Radiolonged by Cobalt γ-ray 300 radiated whole body, the dogs were intramuscularly injected with ethinyl estradiol (1.25 mg / kg body weight) at 6 hours after irradiation. Compared with the control group, the survival rate was increased by 54.1%. Irradiation dose increased to 350 rad, the effect is not obvious. Ethinyl estradiol with antibiotic or typhoid vaccine can further improve the efficacy. Ethinyl estradiol treatment of dogs significantly reduced the condition, the number of peripheral leukocytes than the control group.
