如今,进入了科技不断进步,社会不断发展的新时代,很多的领域都进入了一个全新的发展状态,各行各业都在不断的发展。现在各个企业想要发展都需要不断地招募新的人才,只有不断充实企业的核心人才队伍,企业才能平稳发展,尤其是央企,更是如此。当然,招募人才如此重要,管理人才同样重要,对于当前企业人力资源绩效管理我们也不能忽视。客观地评价每一个员工的工作情况,工作成就才是正确的人力资源绩效管理。针对当前企业人力资源绩效管理,尚且还有这样那样的问题,我们应该加以探讨和研究。
