本文在理论分析的基础上,给出了对各种天然金刚石晶体晶角的目测定向方法,从而可很容易地确定天然金刚石砂轮修整工具的硬度方向。实验表明:这种目测定向方法,具有简单、准确、便于掌握和推广等特点。利用这种方法,可成倍增加修整工具的寿命,显著地提高经济效益。作者还对修整器的安装原则进行了研究,得出了在不同修整条件,应使用不同硬度方向的结论。
Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper presents a visual orientation method for the crystal angles of various natural diamond crystals, which makes it easy to determine the hardness direction of natural diamond grinding wheel dressing tools. Experiments show that this visual orientation method is simple, accurate, easy to grasp and promote. With this method, you can multiply the life of dressing tools, significantly improve economic efficiency. The author also studied the principle of the installation of the dresser, and concluded that different durometer directions should be used under different dressing conditions.
