阐述利用有限元法对机械结构零部件进行疲劳断裂分析的相关理论和方法。并在此基础上对φ30×108接链环应用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行分析,确定裂纹易产生的危险截面,求解危险截面处不同深度和形态的表面椭圆裂纹的应力强度因子。
The theory and method of fatigue fracture analysis of mechanical components by finite element method are expounded. On the basis of this, the finite element analysis software ANSYS for φ30 × 108 connecting chain is analyzed to determine the dangerous cross section of the crack easily and the stress intensity factor of the surface elliptical crack of different depth and shape at the dangerous cross section.
