为了迎接世界新军事技术革命的挑战,同时为了给我国国防和军队现代化建设提供强大的人才和智力支持,2000年起,我国开始实行国防生的选拔和培养,这标志着我国军队干部培养已将开始走上制度化和规范化的轨道。但是,目前在国防生培养和使用上存在一些问题,正确对待和解决好些问题,是建设我军高素质干部队伍建设的客观要求,也是摆在我们面前急需解决的问题。
