引言选择器按键是信息转换中的主要部件,其中按键支承板由二十四个球面簧片和印制电路板等组成(如图1所示)。根据结构特点和我所现有的设备,我们开展了选择器支承板的焊接研究。用焊接的方法把二十四个球面簧片焊在印制板的覆铜箔上,这是一个属于不同材料、不同镀层、超薄件的特殊焊接问题。试验表明:采用为之改装的单面双点储能点焊设备,应用镶钨电极等工艺措施,可成功地解决这一特殊焊件的焊接问题。
Introduction The selector button is the main part of the message conversion. The button support board consists of twenty-four spherical reeds and printed circuit boards (Figure 1). Based on structural features and the equipment I have available, we conducted a welding study of selector support plates. Twenty-four spherical reeds are soldered to the copper clad laminate of a printed circuit board by soldering, a special welding problem belonging to different materials, different coatings and thin parts. The test shows that the soldering problem of this special welding piece can be successfully solved by adopting the single-sided double-point energy storage spot welding equipment modified by using the tungsten inlay electrode and other process measures.
