置IUD妇女的非特异性阴道炎(NSV)发生率(20～50%)高于未置IUD妇女,阴道加德菌(gardnerella vaginalis)是引起NSV的主要病原菌。本文报道放置CuT200IUD妇女阴道加德菌所致NSV的发生率及阴道涂片细胞学变化的研究结果。研究自1985年7月至1986年4月在新德里进行。将75例20～35岁的已婚妇女分成3组:Ⅰ组:主诉有持续阴道溢液的放置CuT200IUD妇女(置IUD 1～60个月);Ⅱ组:未患阴道炎的置CuT200IUD妇女;Ⅲ组:为置CuT200IUD而就诊的正常妇女。了解各例的年龄、婚龄、产科史、置
The incidence of nonspecific vaginitis (NSV) in women with IUD (20-50%) was higher than that in women without IUD, and gardnerella vaginalis was the major causative agent of NSV. This article reports the incidence of vaginal smear cytology and the incidence of NSV caused by vaginal Gardnerella vaginalis placed in CuT200IUD women. The study was conducted in New Delhi from July 1985 to April 1986. Seventy-five married women aged 20-35 years were divided into three groups: Group I: CuT200IUD women who complained of persistent vaginal discharge (IUD for 1 to 60 months); Group II: Women with CuT200IUD who did not have vaginitis; Group Ⅲ: normal women who were treated with CuT200IUD.
