燕山石化PIA装置扩能改造新增工业纯钛管道,标准为ASTM B861和B862,级别为Gr2。本文针对工业纯钛的特性,进行了焊接性分析,同时对杂质元素的影响及控制进行了解析。焊接工艺评定采用钨极气体保护焊的焊接方法,验证了拟定的焊接工艺参数,焊接时选用纯度在99.99%以上的氩气对熔池及周边、焊缝尾部和焊缝背部进行了惰性气体保护,同时,对焊件和焊材进行表面去除杂质和油污的特殊处理。评定合格后对工业纯钛产品管道进行了组对焊接。实践证明,采用这种焊接工艺和杂质元素的控制方法,能够获得优良的焊接接头,保证了工业纯钛管道的应用。

Qualified after the industrial pure titanium pipe products were welded on the group. Practice has proved that the use of this welding process and control of impurity elements can be excellent welding joints to ensure the application of industrial pure titanium pipe.
