本文基于2002—2011年高技术产业的地区面板数据,应用随机前沿分析方法展开经验分析,得出以下结论:从全国来看,高技术产业的多样化溢出对创新效率的促进作用较为显著,而专业化溢出的作用并不明显。从不同地区的角度来看,实证结果差异较大:东部地区的知识多样化溢出能够有效促进创新效率的提高;中部地区的知识专业化溢出却阻碍了创新效率的提高;而西部地区知识专业化溢出对创新效率的促进作用较为明显。
Based on the regional panel data of high-tech industries from 2002 to 2011, this paper analyzes the empirical analysis based on stochastic frontier analysis, and draws the following conclusions: From the perspective of the whole country, the diversification spillover effect of high-tech industry is more significant to the innovation efficiency; The role of specialization is not obvious. From different regions, the empirical results are quite different: the diversification of knowledge in the eastern region can effectively promote the improvement of innovation efficiency; the overflow of knowledge specialization in the central region has hindered the improvement of innovation efficiency; and the specialization of knowledge in the western region The promotion effect of spillover on innovation efficiency is obvious.
