利用返回式科学卫星搭载水稻一晚明恢 6 3、外七、湘哥和粳稻北K15等纯系干种子 ,由于空间环境条件的综合作用 ,使空间诱变的品种均产生了变异。从诱变后代的突变体中选育出对三系籼型不育系具有恢复能力的强恢复系明恢 6 3、无恢复能力的籼稻外七、湘哥和粳稻北K15。同时选出早熟强恢复系SP40 0 98、具有育性恢复能力的SP40 115、SP40 0 37、SP5 0 0 2 5等恢复系突变体。结果说明 ,空间诱变既可改良现有恢复系 ,又可创造新恢复系。具恢复能力的突变体能遗传重现
Rice varieties such as Minghui 63, Waigaoqi, Xianggei and Japonica rice K15 were harvested by using the return type scientific satellite. Because of the combined effect of space environment, the variety of space mutagenesis was mutated. A strong restorer line Minghui 6 3 with ability to restore three lines of indica CMS was bred from mutants of mutagenic offspring, and the indica rice VII, Xiangge and Japonica North K15 with no recovery ability. At the same time, the restorer lines SP40 0 98 with early maturity and strong restorer lines SP40 115, SP40 0 37 and SP5 0 0 2 5 with fertility restoration ability were selected. The results show that space mutagenesis can both improve existing restorers and create new restorers. Resilient mutants can be genetically reproduced
