CaSO4·2H2O、CaCO3是油田采出水中的主要成垢物质,但对高矿化度油田采出水还缺乏以上两种物质的溶解度基础数据,影响了油田采出水结垢预测的准确性。实验测定了油田采出水常见成分NaCl、KCl、Mg2+等浓度变化对CaSO4·2H2O和CaCO3(方解石态)溶解度的影响,总结了其对CaSO4·2H2O和CaCO3(方解石态)溶解度的影响规律。以期为预测CaSO4·2H2O和CaCO3(方解石态)在油田采出水中的溶解度和探索高矿化度油田采出水成垢机理提供基础数据。
CaSO4 · 2H2O and CaCO3 are the major scale-forming substances in the produced water of the oilfield. However, the basic data of the solubility of the above two kinds of materials are lacking for the production of highly salinity oilfields, which affects the prediction accuracy of the produced water scaling. The effects of NaCl, KCl and Mg2 + concentration on the solubility of CaSO4 · 2H2O and CaCO3 (calcite) were studied experimentally. The effects of CaCO3 · 2H2O and CaCO3 on the solubility of calcite were summarized. In order to provide the basic data for predicting the solubility of CaSO4 · 2H2O and CaCO3 (calcite state) in the produced water of the oilfield and exploring the scaling mechanism of the produced water from the high salinity oilfield.
