自1985年我院开展超声心动图以来,为正确掌维拉帕尔治疗肥厚型心肌病的使用方法,我们对11例本病患者进行了临床观察。资料来源本组11例,经外院诊断者5例。男5例,女6例,年龄6～56岁,平均年龄34岁。心功能Ⅰ级8例,Ⅱ级8例。病程6个月～6年。按照WHO规定的标准:1.主要症状为劳力性气短,心前区
Since 1985, our hospital to carry out echocardiography, in order to properly grasp the use of verapamil in the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, we conducted a clinical observation of 11 patients with this disease. Source of information in this group of 11 cases, diagnosed by the outer hospital in 5 cases. 5 males and 6 females, aged 6 to 56 years old, with an average age of 34 years. Grade Ⅰ in 8 cases, grade Ⅱ in 8 cases. Course of 6 months to 6 years. According to WHO standards: 1. The main symptoms are labored shortness of breath, precordial area
