飞机制造装配过程中为满足精密严格的制造要求,需要对各部位零件、部件进行几何形状、公差、材料变形、强度等一系列检测,以达到生产要求。同时在制造阶段我们需要通过这些数字化检测数据,进一步与设计三维数据进行全面分析比对,寻找适应生产要求的最佳设计解决方案。文章通过介绍便携式三坐标测量仪的相关应用原理,使用过程等,提出全新的逆向扫描数据与实际零部件的坐标对齐方式,进而完成扫描数据与设计三维数模的比对分析,为设计制造过程提供必要的检测依据。
