长输天然气管道输损是天然气管道输入总量和管存量与输出总量之差,通常采用输损率进行表征。结合西气东输管道的管理实践,从提高计量系统准确性、管存量计算准确性和放空作业管理水平等3个方面对长输天然气管道的输损管理进行了探讨。提出选用高精度等级的计量仪表、在大流量计量站配备管输天然气组分在线分析仪、完善计量仪表的运行管理、提高自用气计量和放空量计算的准确性、加强对方贸易交接计量仪表的日常监督管理等方面来提高计量系统的准确性;选用合适的管存计算方法、保证压缩因子计算和动态计量数据的准确性、合理划分和合并管存量计算管段,以提高管存量计算结果的准确性;通过加强站场和管道的巡检管理、减少压缩机组启停次数和设备维护放空量、完善开孔作业管理等措施,达到降低管道天然气放空量的目的。

Combined with the management practice of West-East Gas Pipeline, this paper discussed the transmission and loss management of long-distance natural gas pipelines from the aspects of improving the accuracy of the measuring system, the accuracy of pipe stock calculation and the level of venting management. Propose the selection of high-precision measurement instruments, large flow measurement stations equipped with natural gas pipeline components on-line analyzer, improve the operation and management of measuring instruments to improve self-use gas measurement and venting calculation accuracy, strengthen the other side of the custody transfer instrument Day-to-day supervision and management to improve the accuracy of the measurement system; select appropriate storage calculation method to ensure the accuracy of the calculation of the compression factor and the dynamic measurement data; reasonably divide and merge the calculation of the pipe storage section to improve the accuracy of the pipe stock calculation result By reducing the number of start-stop and maintenance of compressors and equipment maintenance and discharge, and improving the operation of open-hole operations, it is expected to reduce the emission of natural gas from pipelines by strengthening the inspection and management of stations and pipelines.
