许厂煤矿-400m水平水仓围岩整体性较差,由于断层、褶曲发育,使得围岩中存在高地应力,以及长期受水的浸泡,导致底臌严重,围岩破坏失稳。在对地应力和水仓破坏情况分析的基础上,指出底板围岩强度低、高地应力以及支护不合理是底臌的主要原因,并据此提出采用带缓冲层的反底拱结构治理底臌;在反底拱结构浇筑中,通过理论分析和实际操作,确定了混凝土的坍落度、水灰比、水泥品种和用量、粗细骨料和砂率的选择、外加剂及掺量等的合理参数。
