为研究集油槽喉部面积对镜板泵性能影响,采用ANSYS CFX软件,在某镜板泵模型的集油槽基础上重新设计了3个不同喉部面积的集油槽,并与同一镜板组合进行三维数值模拟。对镜板泵外特性、集油槽内能量损失及速度分布进行对比分析。结果表明:喉部面积变化对镜板泵轴功率曲线影响很小,对扬程和效率曲线影响较大,且同时引起集油槽内能量损失大幅变化。最后提出了使镜板泵性能最优的建议。
In order to study the influence of sump throat area on the performance of the mirror plate pump, three sumps with different throat area were redesigned on the basis of the sump of the mirror plate pump model by ANSYS CFX software and combined with the same mirror plate Three-dimensional numerical simulation. The external characteristics of mirror plate pump, the energy loss and velocity distribution in the sump are compared and analyzed. The results show that the change of throat area has little effect on the shaft power curve of the mirror plate pump, which has a great effect on the lift and efficiency curve, and at the same time, the energy loss in the sump is greatly changed. Finally, put forward to optimize the performance of mirror pump recommendations.
