结合“在游戏中探索学习,一日活动皆教育”的理念,农村幼儿园打开大门,把幼儿带到广袤的大自然中去,开辟新的活动领域,开展新的活动形式,丰富活动内容。结合远足活动、区域活动和户外活动,发挥农村自然资源的优势,提高幼儿的身体素质和各种能力。大自然成了大课堂,一草一木,一花一石,陪伴幼儿成长的自然资源成了课堂的材料,取之不尽,用之不竭,思想不断,拓展无限。教师的备课也发生了转变。不需要为了让幼儿理解抽象的知识而制作大量的课件,不需要为了创设情境而搬运大堆的素材,不需要为了锻炼幼儿体质而费心地准备场地和玩具。教师根据季节特点和民俗习惯选择活动地点和游戏场所,只要考虑幼儿体质承受能力和安全保障即可。一个主题的活动会有各种意想不到的效果,教师只需要成为引导者、观察者、参与者和反思者。开放式的课堂像磁石一样深深地吸引着幼儿,这里将为幼儿全面发展提供更加丰富的资源。
