我们部队连队卫生员在饮水氯素消毒工作中因为没有制式的检水盒,不能测定水中的余氯是否合格,不知道消毒效果是否确实可靠。经过蹲点调查研究,我们试制出一种粉末试剂,药品易得,使用方便,敏感性也比较好,一般防疫所化验室都能制备。成份:碘化钾10克,可溶性淀粉10克,磷酸二氢钾100克。制法:将可溶性淀粉放在大培养皿中,加少量蒸馏水调成稠糊状,在水浴中煮沸15分钟。冷后加入碘化钾混合溶解后,放入56度温箱一夜。干燥后用小刀铲下研细,再加入磷酸二氢钾混合研细成粉末,分装在有色密闭的小瓶内,发给连队卫生员使
