缓斜或者水平厚度较大煤层石门揭煤具有揭煤距离长、工程量大特点,是瓦斯治理工作的重点与难点。为提高缓斜厚煤层瓦斯异常区石门揭煤掘进速度,研究掘进期间瓦斯防治技术,并提出快速掘进保障措施。通过及时调整支护方案、优化爆破管理以及合理组织施工,使得揭煤时长缩短了约1/3,实现了快速揭煤,有效缓解矿井后续的采掘接替压力。
Inclined or horizontal thick coal seam with a thick seam coal uncovering a long distance, the project features large quantities of gas control is the focus of work and difficulties. In order to improve the speed of coal tunneling in Shoumen, an area with abnormally thick gas in gently sloping thick coal seams, the gas prevention and control technology during excavation was studied and the safeguards for rapid excavation were put forward. By timely adjusting the support scheme, optimizing the blasting management and organizing the construction reasonably, the time of uncovering coal was shortened by about one third, which realized the quick uncovering of coal and effectively relieved the follow-up pressure of mining replacement succession.
