电影评论对于新时期的电影艺术发展,曾起到了很大的促进作用。然而,近来电影评论的发展并不尽满人意,许多观众不怎么爱看影评文章。原因固然是多方面的,但影评缺乏思想锋芒的确是一个重要原因。 如果说电影创作以含蓄取胜,影评文章则应当以锋芒见长。电影的思想要隐于形象之中,评论却要直截了当地显露自己的观点。理论文章本来就比艺术作品抽象,倘若再掩掩饰饰,欲露还藏,那么就更让人感到空洞,晦涩。可惜,至今我们不少影评文章还是过于『含蓄』,而显得圆滑。表面看来似乎很讲辩证法,面面俱到。实质上往往是蜻蜒点水一掠而过,什么都说了,但什么都没说深说透,结果是等于没说。
Movie reviews have played a significant role in promoting the development of film art in the new era. However, the recent development of movie criticism is not satisfactory, and many viewers do not like the review articles very much. There are many reasons for this, but the lack of ideological edge is indeed an important reason. If film creation wins with subtlety, film critics should be strong. The thinking of the film should be hidden in the image, but the comment should be straightforward to reveal their own point of view. Theoretical articles have always been abstracted from works of art, if the cover concealment, to reveal the possession, then even more people feel empty, obscure. Unfortunately, so far many of our critics are still too “subtle” to look rather smooth. Appears to be on the surface seems to talk about dialectics, exhaustive. In essence, it is often swept past the dragon’s head and said nothing. However, without saying anything, the result is equal to not saying anything.
