脊髓空洞症是一种慢性进行性脊髓疾病,目前尚缺少特效的治疗方法,常用放射线照射治疗,疗效欠满意。我们试用中草药补肾活血汤住院治疗脊髓空洞症47例,取得初步疗效,现小结如下。临床资料一般分析男33例,女14例。发病年龄12～52岁,其中12～39岁41例。病程5月～13年,其中1～13年42例。临床类型①脊髓空洞症44例,内颈胸型34例,颈型2例,胸型5例,颈胸腰型2例,胸腰型1例。伴有 Morvan 氏型(肢体乏力伴
Syringomyelia is a chronic progressive spinal cord disease, the current lack of special effects of treatment, commonly used radiation therapy, the effect is not satisfied.
