甘肃地区幼儿户外体能训练循环的路径研究

【摘    要】成年之困惑，源自孩提时。诚然有此一论，自儿时启蒙之初始，当以力行。由此可见，幼时的身体，决定了我们成年后的健康状况。本文以甘肃地区为例，通过探索各种幼儿体能训练的方法及相关因素，浅谈幼儿户外体能训练的一些相关研究思想。

Research on the Cycle Path of Children’s Outdoor Physical Fitness Training in Gansu Area

【Abstract】Confusion in adulthood originates from childhood.It is true that there is this theory， since the beginning of childhood enlightenment， we should practice it. It can be seen from this that the body when we were young determines our health as an adult. This article takes Gansu as an example， and discusses some related research ideas of children's outdoor physical training through various methods and related factors of children's physical training.

2016年，教育部发布第39号文《幼儿园工作规程》中相关规定，幼儿教育的主要目标为：促进幼儿的身体正常发育和机能的协调发展，培养参加体育活动的兴趣爱好并做好各种基本动作的发展。
