一次教育局组织全区心理老师听某位老师的“心理健康团体辅导课”。这既是一次难得的学习机会,又是一次互动答疑的交流平台,我很期待。这位老师的《情绪茶吧》在师生交流、学生体验、寻求方法等多种活动中结束,但评课环节发言的老师并不多,只有极个别的老师谈了点与课堂无关的话题。我觉得既然是交流学习,就要畅所欲言。我看所有举手的老师都得到了发言机会,面对自己的疑惑也就
An Education Bureau organized the region’s psychological teacher to listen to a teacher’s “mental health group counseling ”. This is not only a rare opportunity for learning but also an exchange platform for interactive Q & A. I am looking forward to it. The teacher’s “Emotional Tea Bar” ended in a variety of activities such as teacher-student interaction, student experience, and seeking ways. However, there were not many teachers who spoke during the assessment sessions. Only very few teachers talked about topics that were not related to the classroom . I think since it is the exchange of learning, we should speak freely. I see all the teachers who raise their hands have been given a chance to speak in the face of their own doubts also
