将硼酸酯Zr-201高温水相乳化制备成稳定的乳液,常温下湿法改性高岭土,取代胎面胶配方中的白炭黑,研究了Zr-201用量对高岭土/NR复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,加入Zr-201有助于高岭土在胶料中的分散,且改性高岭土取代白炭黑后,胶料的加工性能改善,拉伸强度变大,加工能耗和滚动阻力均降低,定伸应力和耐磨性有所下降;硫化胶的物理机械性能及耐老化性能提高,但对动态力学性能影响不大,当Zr-201用量为高岭土用量的2%时,复合材料的综合性能最好。
The boric acid ester Zr-201 was emulsified in high temperature aqueous phase to prepare a stable emulsion. The kaolin was wet-modified at room temperature and the silica in the formulation of the tread rubber was replaced. The effect of Zr-201 dosage on the properties of kaolin / NR composites influences. The results show that the addition of Zr-201 contributes to the dispersion of kaolin in the rubber compound. After the modified kaolin replaces the silica, the processing performance of the rubber compound improves, the tensile strength increases, the processing energy consumption and rolling resistance decrease, The mechanical properties and aging resistance of the vulcanizates increased, but the dynamic mechanical properties had little effect. When the amount of Zr-201 was 2% of the amount of kaolin, the composite properties the best.
