目的 ]探讨大气微生物污染对儿童呼吸系统健康的影响。 [方法 ]对上海市空气微生物污染区及清洁区2~ 5年级小学生 2 5 4人和 2 6 8人进行了健康调查。 [结果 ]污染区儿童鼻粘膜充血、鼻甲肿大、过敏性鼻炎、咽充血和扁桃体肿大的检出率为清洁区的 1.5 7~ 6 .5 0倍 ,污染区小学生的 FVC和 FEV1 %普遍低于清洁区小学生 ,多因素回归分析结果显示微生物污染是鼻粘膜充血、鼻甲肿大、咽充血及过敏性鼻炎等病症的主要危险因素 ,也是影响肺通气功能的主要危险因素。 [结论 ]大气微生物污染影响儿童呼吸系统健康
Objective] To investigate the impact of atmospheric microbial contamination on the respiratory health of children. [Method] The health survey was conducted on 2584 pupils and 268 pupils in grade 2 and grade 5 air pollution area in Shanghai and clean area. [Results] The detection rate of nasal mucosa congestion, turbinate enlargement, allergic rhinitis, pharyngeal congestion and amygdala in polluted area was 1.57-6.500 times of that in clean area, and the prevalence of FVC and FEV1% in polluted area was common The result of multivariate regression analysis showed that microbial contamination was the main risk factor of nasal mucosa congestion, turbinate enlargement, pharyngeal congestion and allergic rhinitis, and also the main risk factors affecting pulmonary ventilation. [Conclusion] Airborne microbial contamination affects the respiratory health of children
