糖尿病是一种世界范围内流传较为广泛的疾病,以高血糖为主要标志。该病影响人体的内分泌代谢,其并发症可导致伤残及死亡。近年来,糖尿病的发病率呈上升趋势,笔者所在的西湖区,60岁以上,即1952年前出生者共2823人,其中,确诊为糖尿病的有188例,发病率为15.8%。对待糖尿病,我们必须做到早期发现,及早诊断,早期合理用药进行治疗,而减少并发症是社区预防的关键。 Diabetes is a widespread disease worldwide, with high blood sugar as the main sign.
