基于中厚板轧制过程中头部厚度超差原因,分析了传统的头部补偿方法的不足之处。在此基础上开发了一种新型头部厚度控制的方法,可以在不同钢种和不同规格的轧制条件下,利用轧制过程实际数据,进行轧件塑性系数计算,自动修正头部沉入量;采用指数型补偿曲线,使钢板切头之后成品厚度尺寸达标并且切头质量减少,提高了产品的成材率。
Based on the reason of head thickness tolerance in plate rolling process, the disadvantages of the traditional head compensation method are analyzed.
