目的探讨增生前列腺组织中Smad4和Smad7的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法检测30例增生前列腺组织及10例正常前列腺组织中Smad4和Smad7的表达。结果在正常前列腺组织中,Smad4和Smad7的平均面密度值分别为0.1013±0.0326,0.0997±0.0467;在BPH组织中,Smad4和Smad7的平均面密度值分别为0.0601±0.0485,0.0354±0.0267,表达水平均下调,不论Smad4还是Smad7,其在BPH组织中的平均面密度值与正常前列腺组织中的平均面密度值比较,差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。但不具有显著的相关性,r=0.138,P>0.05。结论Smad4和Smad7在前列腺增生组织中的表达下调,提示其参与了前列腺增生的病理过程。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Smad4 and Smad7 in hyperplastic prostatic tissue. Methods Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of Smad4 and Smad7 in 30 cases of prostatic hyperplasia and 10 cases of normal prostatic tissue. Results In normal prostate tissue, the average surface density of Smad4 and Smad7 were 0.1013 ± 0.0326 and 0.0997 ± 0.0467, respectively. The mean area densities of Smad4 and Smad7 in BPH tissues were 0.0601 ± 0.0485 and 0.0354 ± 0.0267, respectively Were down-regulated, both Smad4 and Smad7, the average area density in BPH tissue was significantly different from that in normal prostate tissue (P <0.05). But not significant correlation, r = 0.138, P> 0.05. Conclusion The down-regulation of Smad4 and Smad7 in benign prostatic hyperplasia suggests that they are involved in the pathological process of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
