目的探讨平滑肌细胞游离Ca2+含量与肺动脉高压的关系,为临床选择更为有效的早期干预措施提供依据。方法采用流式细胞术分别检测先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压的患儿18例、先天性心脏病未合并肺动脉高压的患儿19例肺动脉平滑肌细胞内钙离子含量。结果肺动脉高压组中肺动脉平滑肌细胞钙含量较非肺动脉高压组高,有显著性差异。结论通过测量肺动脉平滑肌细胞钙含量对于研究肺动脉平滑肌细胞钙转运异常与先心病肺动脉高压的发病机制之间的关系有着重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the content of free Ca2 + in smooth muscle cells and pulmonary hypertension, and provide a basis for more effective early intervention in clinical practice. Methods 18 cases of children with congenital heart disease complicated by pulmonary hypertension and 19 cases of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells calcium content in children with congenital heart disease without pulmonary hypertension were detected by flow cytometry. Results Pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells in pulmonary arterial hypertension group calcium content higher than non-pulmonary hypertension group, there was a significant difference. Conclusion The measurement of calcium content in pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells plays an important role in the study of the relationship between calcium transport in pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells and pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension.
