“以德育人”就是用人类最先进的文化思想和伦理规范培育人。人类先进文化是道德思想和伦理精神的载体。本文从“以德育人”与先进文化的内在关系入手 ,提出对先进文化的学习、体验、探究是“以德育人”的关键 ,强调只有摈弃“灌输”与“说教”的方式 ,在学校以知识文化为主要内容的教育中体现“以德育人” ,在学生综合文化素质的提高中真正实现德育目标 “Educating people with morality” means cultivating people with the most advanced cultural ideas and ethical norms of human beings.
